&lt;p&gt;Other chocolatiers provide a visual dictionary to tell chocolates apart instead of relying on a written graph. Having beautiful women personally write the chocolates you have chosen is more upscale, but not as good as a booklet that shows me what each chocolate looks like.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They chose upscale over efficient, which convinces me that they are pretentious.&lt;/p&gt;
