I absolutely adore this 1970 14 foot Rancho Beach Trailer on KSL Classifieds!

If you look carefully, it’s not really a canned ham shape. The Rancho trailers had a style all their own, but they ARE more boxy than a cute little canned ham trailer.

All the difference on this adorable trailer is the paint job and decorating. And if you thought it was cute outside, you’ll ADORE how good it looks on the inside!

The kitchen is pristine white, sunset orange and a lovely ocean aqua!

The owner’s description makes the camper sound SO appealing.

This is a fabulous 1970 14 foot Rancho travel trailer!! Anything can pull it as it only weighs 1500 pounds!!!

We have repainted the exterior with a white background, and then aqua waves at the bottom and a sunset orange at top. The frame and wheel interiors have all been painted a metallic charcoal rustoleum paint.

The interior feels like you have just stepped onto the beach! We replaced the flooring with black and white VCT flooring. The interior has been painted white, and all the curtains have been replaced.

The curtains have two layers- the bottom layer is orange canvas with embellishments, and the top layer is a sand and beach hut print. The upholstery has all been recovered with aqua and white polka dot canvas upholstery material. The mattress in the bunk has also been recovered with a tyedye upholstery print. Tons of storage too!

If you look closely at this photo, you can see how the bunk folds down to allow for extra sleeping area.

The trailer sleeps 6. It has a stove, oven, and icebox that keeps things very cold!

There is also a top of the line, NEW, Porta-potty in the large closet. The electric system and water tank work great. There is running water in the kitchen. There are lots of windows to give lots of natural light, although there are lights that provide excellent light also. We have flip flop and lantern lights in it as well, if you would like to keep those.

Please CALL with questions- no emails. This trailer is a gem and truly has personality- we get stopped to see it all the time! We must sell as we are getting a motorhome. We have had several trailers and this is definitely our FAVORITE!!!

I love this camper more for ideas on how to remake my own trailer. The orange and aqua colors look so good together and the small, 14 foot design is so efficient. If you are able to find a tiny trailer in good condition, even if it’s from the Eighties or Nineties, it would be a good candidate for a beautiful makeover like this.
