1959 Terry Camper: Bathroom DELETE?

I found this ad for a 1959 Terry Camper trailer on KSL Classifieds.

It reads:

The big question is what they wrote here:

Bathroom Delete.

What does that mean? Did they remove a bathroom? Did they do a good job of it, for example, by removing the black water tank?

Based on this photo, it looks like the trailer used to have a bathroom, because there is a storage tube for the black water hose. It’s the white tube that looks like a large PVC pipe attached to the bumper.

I understand why someone would remove a bathroom when remodeling a trailer to create more room or get rid of an appliance that didn’t work, but I would write a little more on my ad when I tried to sell it than “bathroom delete.” It’s a cute trailer, but I would have at least left the bathroom area for a porta-potty closet when I did the remodel.
